About Psychotherapist and Counsellor -Fiona Kyle

Eunoia Practice is based in the picturesque village of Dickleburgh in South Norfolk. It is easy to reach from Norwich just off the A140 this quiet village offers a wonderful peaceful atmosphere. The practice is based in the heart of the village opposite Dickleburgh Church, Eunoia Therapy Practice is found in a specifically designed outbuilding located in a private garden. It is a beautiful area of Norfolk surrounded by lovely countryside which I enjoy to explore with my Springer Spaniel.  I have been studying psychology and counselling for a over a decade and have gained a wide range of experience dealing with a variety of issues. I offer an Integrative Approach which means I am able to adapt the therapy to what best suits the client and create a treatment plan for you as an individual.

Experience

I have a wide range of experience working in a Low and Medium Secure Hospital. I worked with patients detained under the Mental Health Act who had various learning disabilities including those on the Autistic Spectrum. At this hospital I was also able to help those with personality disorders, major mental illnesses and those coping with substance misuse. I helped with their treatment program through individual and group psychotherapies such as Mindfulness, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy and individual sessions. I recently spent over 5 years volunteering in Norwich, Norfolk for the Sue Lambert Trust counselling survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.
