Counselling is based online from the convenience of your own private space whether it be your home, garden, workplace or car. As it is Online via Zoom, WhatsApp Video or Skype it is accessible to clients all over the country or even the world.

Counselling can help you deal with a range of issues such as: relationship difficulties, stress, anger, anxiety and panic attacks, low self confidence and low self-esteem, low mood and depression, bereavement and loss.

I offer an Integrative Approach which means I am able to adapt the therapy to what best suits the client and create a treatment plan for you as an individual. The cost of 50 minute online sessions are usually £50.
