experience
I have now been running this successful counselling practice for over a decade. Moving from face to face appointments to Online Therapy.
I spent over 5 years volunteering in Norwich, Norfolk for the Sue Lambert Trust counselling survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.
I have a wide range of experience working in a Low and Medium Secure Hospital. I worked with patients detained under the Mental Health Act who had various learning disabilities including those on the Autistic Spectrum. At this hospital I was also able to help those with personality disorders, major mental illnesses and those coping with substance misuse. I helped with their treatment program through individual and group psychotherapies such as Mindfulness, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy and individual sessions.
